Courtney works with adults to help them achieve greater personal and emotional wellbeing. Everyone walks a unique path, which is why she works collaboratively to develop personalized wellness plans suited to the individual personality, circumstances, and goals of each client. Courtney utilizes techniques from a range of sources such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, depth psychology, Solution-Focused Therapy, and positive psychology. Courtney is also versed in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Outside of her work as a counselor, Courtney has designed and implemented a mindfulness-based curriculum for special needs students and presented at women’s empowerment workshops. 

Courtney is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Indiana (LMHC # 39003752A) and holds a Master of Arts in clinical mental health counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. As part of her ongoing commitment to providing quality psychotherapy, Courtney focuses on maintaining appropriate continuing education including enrichment in multicultural counseling, LGBTQ+ issues, social justice, and ethical practices.
